Ways to Work Together

There is more than one way to do meaningful work.

Some things become clearer when you can experience them—not only explain them.

Choose a Starting Point

Different work needs different kinds of space.

Sometimes what you need is ongoing therapy. Sometimes it is a focused conversation, a personalized discovery experience, a structured profile, or protected time to go deeper than a standard session allows.

You don't have to figure out what kind of help you need before you arrive. We help you discover it.

01

Individual Therapy

Ongoing space to understand, process, and change.

Therapy can be a place to work through what hurts, but also a place to understand yourself more clearly — your history, your patterns, your relationships, your strengths, and the ways you learned to adapt.

My work often includes trauma and complex trauma, anxiety, identity and self-worth, neurodivergence, relationship patterns, life transitions, grief, and experiences that are difficult to reduce to a single category.

I draw from psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, acceptance-based, motivational, parts-informed, relational, and trauma-informed approaches. The method matters, but it should serve the person — not the other way around.

Good to know

Ongoing therapy is distinct from the focused services and Discovery Experiences listed below.

Personal Discovery Intensives

Understanding changes everything.

A Personal Discovery Intensive is a focused, extended format that creates more room for individualized work that can be difficult to fit into a fifty-minute session.

Intensives are individualized and may include thoughtful preparation, extended sessions, a personalized workbook, assessment-informed exploration, and integration or next-step planning. Optional elements may include values and vision work, a life map, or a carefully selected book.

Explore

Experiences, relationships, and patterns that keep returning.

Understand

Protection, adaptation, coping, and what those responses have been trying to do for you.

Discover

Strength, direction, meaning, and what may come next.

We’ll spend less time asking, “How do I stop feeling this way?” and more time wondering, “What is this feeling trying to tell me?”

For Couples, Too

Your relationship does not have to be falling apart to deserve closer attention.

You may love each other and still feel disconnected. You may keep having the same argument without understanding what is underneath it. You may be rebuilding trust, preparing for marriage, navigating a transition, or simply wondering whether the relationship you have still reflects the people you are becoming.

Couples Discovery work creates enough time to slow the interaction down, understand each person’s experience, and become curious about the relationship itself — not simply decide who is right.

One-Day Intensive 6 clinical hours · $1,250
Two-Day Intensive 2 × 5 clinical hours · $2,000
Three-Part Discovery Series 3 × 4 clinical hours · $2,400

An Intensive does not automatically replace ongoing therapy. Appropriateness, timing, format, goals, professional capacity, and any applicable consent or recordkeeping terms are considered individually.

Specialty & Experiential Services

Some work needs more than conversation.

These services are active, structured, and experiential. Each one is built around a specific pattern or goal and may include mapping, guided practice, visual tools, body-based noticing, exposure work, or individualized exercises.

Each experience stands on its own. These are not add-ons to a Personal Discovery Intensive, and you do not need to complete an Intensive first.

Make your patterns easier to recognize.

  • Identify your signs of activation, shutdown, and return to steadiness
  • Trace triggers, protective responses, and repeating patterns
  • Build a personalized map of what your system may need

This is a guided mapping experience using body cues, pattern exploration, visual tools, and in-the-moment noticing. The goal is not simply to talk about stress, but to make your own nervous-system responses more visible, understandable, and usable.

Bring what you understand into lived experience.

  • Notice body cues without forcing them to change
  • Explore movement, pressure, rhythm, temperature, sound, or visual orienting
  • Develop individualized ways to support regulation, choice, and agency

Somatic Integration uses carefully paced, body-based experiences to help connect insight with what is happening in real time. You remain an active collaborator; nothing is imposed, and the work is shaped around your responses and preferences.

See the cycle clearly enough to interrupt it.

  • Separate intrusive thoughts, urges, rituals, reassurance, and avoidance
  • Understand how short-term relief keeps the cycle going
  • Identify a clear, individualized place to begin

Together, we create a visual and practical map of how the obsessive-compulsive cycle operates in your life. This focused work can clarify what is happening and help organize the next phase of treatment rather than leaving you with a generic list of symptoms.

Practice a different response to fear and uncertainty.

  • Build a focused exposure plan around a specific fear or compulsion
  • Practice planned exposures with clinical support
  • Learn to make room for uncertainty without completing the usual ritual

Focused Exposure and Response Prevention is deliberate, collaborative work—not a sudden leap into your biggest fear. We choose a meaningful target, prepare carefully, practice actively, and learn from what happens.

Help your brain learn that avoidance is not the only option.

  • Understand your fear response and avoidance cycle
  • Prepare for and practice gradual, purposeful exposure
  • Build confidence through repeated corrective experiences

This work combines preparation, education, active practice, and reflection around a specific fear. The pace is intentional and collaborative, with enough structure to move the work forward without treating fear as something you should simply talk yourself out of.

Additional Services

Sometimes you need a focused experience — not a whole new ongoing schedule.

These options create protected space for a specific question, pattern, relationship, decision, or area of self-understanding.

Focused services vary in purpose and scope. Before a service begins, its professional capacity and any applicable clinical, educational, assessment, consent, recordkeeping, or privacy terms are clarified.

Consulting & Training

Clinical thinking can be useful outside the therapy room, too.

I offer project-based consultation, education, and training for professionals, organizations, healthcare offices, employers, schools, and community groups when the work benefits from a mental-health lens grounded in clarity, context, and human behavior.

Clinical & Professional

Case consultation, clinician education, conceptualization support, and training.

Organizations & Employers

Mental-health education, trauma-informed training, resource development, and consultation.

Community & Healthcare

Educational presentations, referral collaboration, program support, and tailored resources.

Custom Projects

When a project needs clinical insight but does not fit neatly into one of the categories above, we can start with the problem you are trying to solve.

Each project is scoped individually. Availability, role, professional capacity, deliverables, fees, and any applicable terms are clarified before work begins.
